Visions works with young people and families providing targeted and specialist support, working in partnership with those in crisis, leaving care, excluded from school; wherever substance misuse is prevalent.

We complete a comprehensive assessment which includes family members, identifying support needs and make a plan towards addressing these needs.

Visions works in close partnership with other local agencies such as the Youth Offending Service and the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service to ensure the young person receives the right support and care.

If you, or you know of anyone in your family who is under 18 years of age and may need support, please contact us on the details below, to talk to us or to initiate a referral.
